Actively seek new potential customers and support existing customers to increase sales.
Understand and define customer needs and coordinate all necessary information regarding the customers exact requirements.
Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals and presentations on products and services to the customers.
Handle any complaints or objections that arise during the sales process.
Be able to negotiate business deals and close sales. Also, ensure secure customer payments.
Create sales reports and ensure all related reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences as it needs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, and Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Management, Marketing and other related field.
More than 3 years of working experience in Sales.
Familiar with solar energy field would be advantageous.
Strong in presentation and excellent interpersonal skill.
Proficient in general computer software.
Good command in English (verbal and written).
Able to communication in Chinese is a plus. (not a must).
Have a valid drivers license and own a car.
Willing to travel to the customers' location.

Job Description
Assist the sales team with calling for potential leads and following up with existing customers.
Assist the sales team with processing orders, tracking orders, and preparing order reports.
Coordinate between sales and operations teams for seamless execution of projects.
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation such as quotations, project proposal, and marketing materials.
Maintain and update the platform of sales and marketing of the company as required.
Contact with suppliers for price resourcing and product information.
Handle customers' inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and excellent service.
Any other tasks as the supervisor assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and others that are related.
1 - 2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Familiar with solar energy fields would be advantageous.
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and other general computer software.
Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Willing to travel to the customers' location if the supervisor requests.
